Providence Swedish Cherry Hill in Seattle is seeking an Interventional Cardiology Nurse Navigator to support care delivery for interventional cardiology and STEMI patients, leading pre-procedure coordination, hospitalization, discharge planning, and post-hospitalization follow-up.

Requires BSN, WA RN license, BLS, and 3 years of cardiovascular nursing. We offer comprehensive benefits and an inclusive, patient-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 3 years of experience as a registered nurse in cardiovascular services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for interventional cardiology patients from pre-procedure through discharge and follow-up.
• Lead care coordination efforts across pre-procedure, hospitalization, discharge planning and post-hospitalization follow-up.
