Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a day shift, full-time Interventional Cardiology-HOPD Medical Assistant (MA). The position supports patient care in a clinic-based environment under a physician-led team, with duties spanning administrative and delegated clinical tasks.

A sign-on bonus of $2500 may be available. Required: high school diploma or GED, EMR and MS Office familiarity, and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic EMR and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• The Medical Assistant Non-Certified provides superior patient care and performs administrative and delegated clinical tasks that support patients in a clinic-based environment as part of a care team led by the physician and/or advanced practice provider.
