Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Interventional Cardiology (ABIM) or current senior resident/fellow (PGY-2+)
• 2+ years of postgraduate clinical training; attendings and senior trainees welcome
• Based in the United States and able to work remotely with US coverage

Responsibilities

• Clinical Logic Auditing: Review and refine AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies to ensure alignment with ACC/AHA/SCAI standards.
• High-Complexity Validation: Provide expert-level ground truth for intricate interventional cardiovascular cases and datasets.
• Safety Oversight: Identify inaccuracies in AI outputs that could impact patient safety or triage decisions.

Overview

Labela is seeking U.S.-based Interventional Cardiologists at every career stage, from board-certified attendings and fellows to senior residents (PGY-2 and above), for high-level clinical consulting. You will serve as a subject matter expert to validate, refine, and audit the clinical reasoning of frontier AI models. This is a flexible, remote role designed to let clinicians influence the safety and accuracy of medical AI at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Logic Auditing: Review and refine AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies to ensure alignment with ACC/AHA/SCAI standards.


• High-Complexity Validation: Provide expert-level ground truth for intricate interventional cardiovascular case presentations, angiographic interpretation, and cath-lab datasets.


• Safety Oversight: Identify clinical inaccuracies or hallucinations in AI outputs that could impact patient safety or triage decisions.


• Strategic Consulting: Advise on the development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools for interventional cardiovascular care.

Qualifications

• Credentials: Board-certified or board-eligible in Interventional Cardiology (ABIM), or a current senior resident or fellow (PGY-2 or above) training in the field.


• Experience: 2+ years of postgraduate clinical training. Established attendings and senior trainees are equally welcome.


• Citizenship: Must be based in the United States.


• Communication: Ability to provide concise, technical feedback on complex clinical cases.
