University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus in Topeka, KS, is seeking a day shift, full-time Interventional Cardiovascular Radiology Technologist (CVRT). You will assist physicians in diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral procedures and monitor hemodynamics while scrubbing cases.

The role requires RCIS or ARRT registration, Kansas radiologic licensure, and BLS within 14 days of hire, with an preferred 1 year of radiology experience.

Qualifications

• Current RCIS or ARRT registration is required.
• Licensed by the Kansas Board of Healing Arts as Radiologic Technologist.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire.
• One year of experience as a Radiology Technologist is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral procedures.
• Monitor and record hemodynamics and scrub procedures.
• Assure proper functioning and troubleshooting of equipment to provide quality diagnostic and therapeutic exams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cardiovascular and peripheral technology to assist the physicians.
• Participate in professional development for the advancement of Cardiology Services.
