Job summary

Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital is seeking a seasoned RN for the Cardiac Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology. You will provide high-quality patient care, support peri-procedural patients and monitor during conscious sedation and imaging procedures.

This role emphasizes teamwork with Cardio Pulmonary Services and Acute Care Nursing, uses the Watson Model of Care, and requires a California RN license, BCLS/ACLS, and experience in Cath Lab/IR.

Qualifications

• BSN or related healthcare degree required or equivalent.
• ASN or Nursing Diploma considered in lieu of degree.
• California RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan patient care using the nursing process to meet patient and family needs.
• Perform documentation of care, IPOC, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide care for Cardiac Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology patients and assist with procedures.
• Monitor and respond to patient condition and communicate changes with the team.
