Job summary

Beebe Healthcare in Delaware is seeking a Cardiovascular Technician (CVT) to support a range of diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in the cath lab. The role includes scrub duties, patient positioning, medication administration under physician supervision, and equipment operation.

The position is per diem (PRN) with approximately two shifts per month, requiring strong clinical judgment, adherence to radiation safety, and on-call availability for after-hours needs.

Responsibilities

• Assists physician with scrub duties using sterile technique.
• Prepares and positions patients for procedures.
• Supports circulator role including positioning for imaging and medication administration under supervision.
• Records procedures, calibrates equipment, and reports patient data.
• Operates and maintains physiologic monitoring and imaging equipment.
