Job summary

Universal Health Services, Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology (Special Procedures). The RN provides specialized care before, during, and after cardiovascular and radiology procedures, collaborating with physicians and teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.

The role requires DC RN license, BSN preferred, and 2+ years’ Cath Lab/IR experience. BLS/ACLS required; ONS/ONCC certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• DC RN License required.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for cardiac catheterization and IR procedures.
• Prepare patients for procedures with history review, consent, IV access, and education.
• Monitor patients during procedures including hemodynamics and sedation.
