Job summary

MercyOne Genesis Davenport is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Interventional Cath Lab team in Davenport, Iowa. The role involves direct patient care in Cath Lab and procedural areas, with emphasis on safety, learning, and teamwork.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Cath Lab or 3 years in critical care, a current Iowa RN license (IL license within one year), BLS and ACLS, and BSN preferred. MercyOne offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Cath Lab or 3 years critical care preferred.
• Current state RN license for Iowa (IL license within 1 year may be required).
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care activities in the Cath Lab and other procedural areas.
• Performs scrub, circulator and hemodynamic monitoring duties.
• Initiates and manages IV therapy and medication administration.
• Adheres to safety and infection control policies; documents care and procedures.
• Coordinates care with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Conducts patient and family education and ongoing assessments.
