Job summary

MercyOne Northeast Iowa in Waterloo is seeking an experienced RN for full-time days to assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab and cross-training into the EP lab. The role involves caring for patients, coordinating with LPNs/PCAs, and communicating with physicians and families.

The position requires IA RN licensure with BSN preferred and cardiac experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Current IA RN license.
• BSN preferred.
• Cardiac experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of patients.
• Supervises and coordinates care provided by LPNs and PCAs.
• Facilitates communication with physicians, families and other team members.
