Job summary

Memorial Health University Medical Center invites qualified professionals to join the Angiography & Interventional Radiology (IR) Lab team. You will support diagnostic and interventional procedures, collaborating with radiologists and health care professionals to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires call duties during the week and weekends as part of a rotation and proximity within 30 minutes of the hospital.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 60 days of employment start date
• BCLS within 30 days of employment start date
• Vocational School Graduate
• ARRT-R Radiography, or RCES, or RCIS certification within 6 months of employment start date

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional radiological procedures, ensuring minimal risk to patient and team per departmental protocols.
• Function as a technical resource and provide scrub assistance using aseptic technique.
• Demonstrate detailed knowledge of anatomy, physiology, disease processes and principles of diagnostic and interventional radiology.
