Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience with children with complex needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive relationships with students and staff.
• Collaborate with consultant team to support LEAs.
• Provide individual student support to increase independence, behavior and academics.
• Assist teams in developing FBA and PBS plans.
• Model and coach instructional practices, behavior management and crisis intervention.
• Collect data to measure progress and intervention effectiveness.
• Assist students with personal needs (toileting, dressing, etc.).
• Maintain ongoing communication and participate in planning meetings.
• Keep others informed of location at all times.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain confidentiality of student and school information; maintain service log.
• Follow assigned responsibilities within timelines and school policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
• Valid driver's license required.
