Job summary

ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking an Intervention Specialist to join our Special Education team and empower students with diverse learning needs. You will design personalized learning experiences in learning centers and classrooms, delivering targeted instruction aligned with state standards.

You will collaborate with staff, implement PBIS, track progress, and adapt content to meet IEP goals while maintaining an inclusive, high-support environment that emphasizes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field.
OH state special education instruction credentials or in process.
Certification in crisis management training.
Experience with curriculum development, differentiation and instruction, and IEPs.

Responsibilities

Lead instructional process for students in Grades K-12 with IEPs.
Deliver differentiated and targeted instruction and create lesson plans.
Utilize instructional software and educational technology.
Manage student caseloads and document progress.
