ACCEL Schools is seeking an Intervention Specialist for Cornerstone Academy - Elementary in Westerville, Ohio. You will support students with IEP goals, collaborate with teachers, and implement diagnostic and behavioral assessments to drive student achievement and social-emotional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with IEPs and behavioral supports.
• Inclusive/co-teaching experience in classroom settings.
• Ability to conduct diagnostic assessments and write IEP goals/objectives.

Responsibilities

• Work with teachers to interpret abilities/disabilities and modify curricula.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments for instruction.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and write behavior improvement plans.
• Facilitate IEP meetings and monitor goals/objectives.
• Communicate regularly with families about student growth.
• Support planning of non-instructional activities and events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
