Job summary

Clarkson College is seeking an Interprofessional Simulation Administrator to develop and implement simulation programming, coordinate the Interprofessional Simulation Center (ISC) usage, and manage day-to-day operations of the simulation lab and equipment.

The role fosters inclusive interprofessional learning across departments using technologies such as the MultiTaction wall, virtual reality, Anatomage table, and 3D printing.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree from an accredited college in education or health-related fields.
  • Minimum two years of higher education teaching experience.
  • Minimum of two years working in a simulation environment or conducting simulation activities.
  • Interprofessional education and collaboration experience.
  • Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills; interpersonal skills to work with diverse constituents.
  • Demonstrated capabilities in customer service, project management, and strategic prioritization.
  • Ability to work in a consultative role with a broad range of constituents, including outside vendors, academic departments, interdisciplinary faculty committees, and College staff and leadership.
  • Self-starter and team-builder; able to set clear expectations.
