Qualifications

• Master's degree in Communications or related field.
• 18+ graduate hours or 5+ years professional experience if out of field.
• Experience teaching adult, nontraditional, and Veteran students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engaging instructional materials aligned with CTU curricula.
• Deliver instruction in assigned courses, including labs, per CTU standards.
• Engage students to foster participation with professionalism.
• Relate industry experience to CTU's Professional Learning Model.
• Maintain office hours and timely responsiveness to inquiries.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Document course activities and coordinate with CTU teams.
• Assist students in accessing advising and support services.
• Participate in academic governance and program assessment.
• Complete required faculty training and ongoing development.
