Zusammenfassung

centauri is seeking a Client Support Engineer to diagnose and resolve complex interoperability issues across data exchange ecosystems. You will analyze logs, trace data flows, and own root-cause determinations for FHIR, HL7, RESTful and SOAP APIs, as well as network integrations.

Collaborate with Engineering and Product to drive resolutions, create evidence-backed Jira tickets, and contribute to runbooks and knowledge sharing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience troubleshooting interoperability solutions including FHIR and HL7 messaging.
• Ability to analyze logs and diagnose distributed systems.
• Experience executing SQL queries and working with data for troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with interface engines (e.g., InterSystems) and monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• GCP cloud experience.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose complex interoperability issues across FHIR APIs, HL7 messaging, IHE Profiles, RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, and network integrations.
• Investigate API timeouts, latency, message delivery failures, and data inconsistencies; trace issues end-to-end.
• Partner with Engineering to validate and resolve issues; create Jira tickets with logs, queries, payloads, and impact.
• Support customer escalations alongside Integration Manager and translate findings for clear communication.
• Execute basic data analysis and leverage reports to support troubleshooting.
• Develop runbooks and knowledge articles for repeatable issues; enable support teams.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by leadership.
