Job summary

Centauri Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Client Support Engineer to diagnose and resolve complex interoperability issues across the organization’s data exchange ecosystem, including FHIR APIs, HL7 messaging, and ITI-style network integrations.

This role owns root cause analysis, partners with Engineering and Product to drive resolution, supports customer escalations, and contributes to operational enablement through runbooks, playbooks, and knowledge articles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience troubleshooting interoperability solutions including FHIR APIs and RESTful APIs using OAuth.
• Experience analyzing logs and diagnosing issues in distributed systems.
• Experience executing SQL queries and analyzing data to support troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with interoperability platforms and tools like interface engines (InterSystems) and monitoring tools (Datadog).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• HL7 and SOAP APIs troubleshooting interoperability solutions.
• GCP cloud experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose interoperability issues across FHIR/HL7, ITI protocols, RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Investigate API timeouts, latency, and message delivery failures.
• Trace issues end-to-end across systems and partners.
• Own and defend root cause conclusions; escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with Engineering to validate and resolve issues; create clear Jira tickets.
