Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 6 years professional experience in lieu of the degree.
• Great attention to detail and follow up.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage projects, assignments, and competing priorities.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Answering and returning calls from the Patient Access and Interoperability queue of the ACD hotline.
• Investigate, document and report claim issues and discrepancies reported by members.
• Assist recipients with third party applications to share Medicaid recipient information.
• Review member-facing documentation and webpages for accuracy in reporting education materials.
• Consult with API custodian and escalate technical issues to 2nd Tier Call Center.
• Assist the Interoperability Interface team as needed.
• Assist higher level Managers with special projects and other duties as assigned.
