Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or associate degree with three years or six years experience), excellent analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro and the Microsoft Office suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or an Associate degree with three years of professional experience, or six years of professional experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and investigate assigned Medicaid appeals for accuracy.
• Draft and assemble documents including summaries of evidence and agency reversals.
• Upload documents to Electronic Case Record and SharePoint; note and notify relevant parties.
• Monitor cases for corrective actions and communicate next steps to field staff.
• Attend hearings and stay updated on Medicaid policies and procedures.
