Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.

Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and investigate assigned Medicaid appeals for accuracy.
  • Draft and assemble documents including summaries of evidence and agency reversals.
  • Upload documents to Electronic Case Record and SharePoint; note and notify relevant parties.
  • Monitor cases for corrective actions and communicate next steps to field staff.
  • Attend hearings and stay updated on Medicaid policies and procedures.
