Job summary

Yale New Haven Health System seeks an Integrations Developer II to design, build, and support enterprise interoperability across clinical and business systems. You will collaborate with clients to determine project needs, develop proposals, and guide adoption of integration solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare/tech interoperability, strong problem solving, and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance. Epic Bridges and Interconnect familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in healthcare and/or technology strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years' of interoperability experience required.
• Familiarity and/or certification in Epic Bridges and Interconnect preferred.
• Knowledge of FHIR, HL7, SQL, FTP, SFTP required.
• Knowledge of XML, JSON, Unix preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and support organizational interoperability.
• Ensure accurate development/testing of interfaces, MFTs and Interconnect instances to meet project timelines.
• Support application integration implementation including analysis, planning and preparation.
• Maintain all applications utilized for enterprise interoperability.
• Create and maintain documentation of integrations for cross-team and on-call coverage.
• Demonstrate ability to perform the technical skills of the job.
