Job summary

Zushealth seeks an Interoperability Operations Analyst to build metrics, automation, and tooling for comprehensive clinical data across the network. You will dig into coverage patterns, surface insights, and partner with support and product teams to close gaps using SQL and Python, with AI tools to accelerate workflows.

You will sit at the intersection of data, operations, and product, shaping how the network grows and how customers are served.

Qualifications

• SQL fluency and ability to write queries to surface insights.
• Comfort with Python and interest in AI-assisted workflows.
• Analytical thinker who can form hypotheses from ambiguous data.
• Ability to translate findings into clear narratives for customers or executives.
• Interest in healthcare data formats (FHIR/HL7/C-CDA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain metrics and dashboards tracking clinical data coverage by geography, network, data type, and customer.
• Identify gaps, investigate root causes, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Develop automation and tooling to surface insights faster and reduce manual analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to ensure signals are usable and actionable.
• Translate operational data into product requirements and UX improvements.
