Zus is a shared health data platform accelerating interoperability. As Interoperability Operations Analyst, you’ll build metrics, intelligence, and tooling to surface coverage insights across the network.

You’ll investigate gaps, automate workflows, and collaborate with support, solutions, engineering, and product teams to close gaps and improve data quality. You’ll work at the intersection of data, operations, and product, using SQL, Python, and AI-assisted workflows to make coverage

Qualifications

• SQL fluency with modern BI tools
• Experience with BI tools (Looker, Metabase, Tableau) is a plus
• Automation and Python scripting experience
• Ability to identify patterns in data and form hypotheses
• Ability to clearly communicate analyses to customers or executives
• Interest in healthcare data formats (FHIR, HL7, C-CDA) is helpful

Responsibilities

• Build metrics and dashboards that track clinical data coverage by geography, network, data type, and customer
• Identify coverage gaps and anomalies and investigate root causes
• Deliver regular coverage intelligence to help customers understand data depth and gaps
• Translate coverage findings into operational actions with support and solutions teams
• Develop and maintain playbooks for recurring coverage issues
• Contribute to onboarding quality by flagging patterns in new participant data
• Build internal tools, scripts, and automated workflows to speed insights
• Experiment with AI tools and BI platforms to accelerate operations
• Partner with engineering and product to ensure signals are generated by systems
• Translate operational data into product requirements and shape user experiences
