Job summary

Commure is seeking a builder who thrives solving hard operational problems with code, data, and product intuition. You’ll automate and scale traditionally manual workflows underpinning healthcare operations—from claim submissions to payment posting—using SQL, APIs, and LLMs.

You will design, test, and operationalize automation across the stack, partnering with Product, Engineering, and customers to map and rebuild workflows for scalable impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or data-heavy roles at a tech company or fast-paced startup.
• Strong SQL fluency for querying, analyzing, and structuring data to drive automation.
• Excellent problem-solving and systems-thinking skills; able to diagnose root causes and design scalable solutions.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end, autonomously in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
• Bonus: Experience in healthcare operations, claims, or billing systems.
• Bonus: Experience building or integrating workflows via APIs, Python, or web automation tools (Zapier, Retool, custom scripts).
• Bonus: Built with LLMs, SQL apps or experience with data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own high-impact processes across key client workflows from discovery to deployment with measurable impact.
• Design and automate workflows using SQL, APIs, scripts, and emerging tools (including LLMs) to improve scalability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to influence roadmap priorities and scale solutions.
• Analyze and optimize by building dashboards and reporting pipelines to monitor productivity, quality, and financial outcomes.
