Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and ongoing development of Pivotal’s intern coaching program.
• Collaborate with staff to support day-to-day program operations and cross-program coordination.
• Develop, update, and deliver the intern training manual and curriculum annually.
• Monitor program checkpoints, timelines, participation, and outcomes.
• Provide program data, metrics, and written analysis to assess effectiveness.
• Manage the annual intern recruitment process and onboarding tasks with HR.
