Qualifications

  • Fluent in English language.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge in vehicle electronics (network / buses CAN, LIN, Flexray, ethernet).
  • Production experience.

Responsibilities

  • Interface with MBUSI, R&D and suppliers to support carlines and ramp up production, ensuring supplier readiness and parts maturity.
  • Analyze developmental E/E issues and establish countermeasures with cross-functional alignment.
  • Prepare launches for new carlines, model years and facelifts, checking software/hardware availability and corrective actions.
  • Support E/E change management for software and wiring harness.
  • Participate in plant internal cross-functional alignment meetings for EE topics.
  • Assist Quality Operations and Service & Parts to investigate malfunctions and solve problems.
  • Document project work in PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Essential Functions:

  • Interfacing between MBUSI, R&D and suppliers to support the series carlines and ramp up production of upcoming carlines, while ensuring supplier readiness and parts maturity regarding the project milestones, change management, packaging, and problem analysis

  • Support analysis of specific developmental E/E issues and establish long- & short-term countermeasures including cross-functional alignment

  • Preparation of new carline, model year and facelift launches (check documentation and availability of software and hardware, align corrective actions with responsible person)

  • Support E/E change management for software and wiring harness

  • Participating and supporting the plant internal, cross-functional alignment meeting for EE topics

  • Support the Quality Operations departments and “Service & Parts” by investigating malfunction and solving problems

  • Documentation of project work in PowerPoint, Excel, Word

  • Perform other duties as required

Qualifikationen

Education, Experience and Necessary Skillsallmust be met in order to qualify for position.

Education:

Student in: Electrical Engineering or in a related area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills:

  • Fluent in English language

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Knowledge in vehicle electronics (network / buses CAN, LIN, Flexray, ethernet)

  • Production experience

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in University or in a gap year between Bachelor'sand Master’s degree

  • Studiesoutsideof the U.S.A(we are not accepting applications from students who are currently studying in the U.S.A)

  • A minimum of 3semesters of studies in relevant field of study

  • Available for a minimum of 6 months
