Define, design, and validate analog/mixed-signal IP blocks for radiation-hardened (RadHard) power management applications.
Collaborate with physical designers to ensure optimal block layout and RadHard performance, and oversee behavioral modeling of IP.
Document and review critical aspects of design architecture, implementation, and testing processes.
Participate in top-level simulation-based verification of integrated circuits (ICs).
Guide lab and test engineers in the validation and characterization of mixed-signal IP.

Salary pay information: Location Indicative salary range Andover, MA, United States Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate: US$27.00 – US$31.00 Hourly rate will depend on the highest level of education completed.
