  • Familiarity with schematic capture and PCB layout tools like Altium or OrCAD.
  • Strong data organization and reporting skills using Microsoft Office.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • System Validation: Validate power stage and control designs on application boards
  • Characterization Support: Characterize multiphase power management ICs following Intel and AMD VR specifications
  • Chipset Testing: Verify new chipsets and voltage regulator solutions for customer applications
  • Evaluation Boards Development: Develop and test customer application evaluation boards for accurate system functionality
  • Hardware Support: Build additional hardware setups such as efficiency measurement wind tunnels and stress testers for evaluations
  • Report Compilation: Prepare analytical reports based on validation and characterization data
Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Education: Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related field
  • Semiconductor Background: Knowledge of switching power supply topologies and VR solutions preferred
  • Hands-On Experience: Proficiency in SMT soldering and using lab equipment like oscilloscopes, DMMs, and network analyzers
  • Software Skills: Familiarity with schematic capture and PCB layout tools like Altium or OrCAD
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong skills in data organization and reporting using Microsoft Office tools
  • Technical Knowledge: Thorough understanding of passive and active components and experience with analog/digital circuits
  • Soft Skills: Attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, and collaborative work ethic

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:

Minimum of $20.00per hour

Maximum of $36.50 per hour

Hourly rate will depend on the highest level of education completed.
