We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team and support the HR department with a variety of tasks and projects As an HR Intern you will have the opportunity to gain hands on experience in all aspects of HR in an ever evolving environment
Assist with new hire onboarding procedures and orientation preparationMaintain internal databases and files with employee recordsParticipate in HR projects and initiatives as needed audits swag distribution etcAssist with employee engagement eventsCreate content for the internal employee bulletin boardAssist the HR staff in filling employment forms and gathering market trendsBe an ambassador for Firefly core values
Required Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionProficient in Microsoft Office suiteDesired Understanding of basic labor lawsWilling to work in a hands on constantly evolving and fast paced environmentDetail oriented managing multiple priorities while maintaining focus towards a common goalEvent planning and execution experience
