Firefly Aerospace is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to support the HR department with onboarding, records management, and engagement initiatives in our North Austin, Texas team.

You will gain hands-on experience across HR functions, contribute to projects, and help maintain confidential employee information in a fast-paced space-tech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with new-hire onboarding procedures and orientation preparation
  • Maintain internal databases and files with employee records
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed (audits, swag distribution, etc.)
  • Assist with employee engagement events
  • Create content for the internal employee bulletin board
  • Assist the HR staff in filling employment forms and gathering market trends
  • Be an ambassador for Firefly core values

Internship - Human Resources - Fall 2026

SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team and support the HR department with a variety of tasks and projects. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of HR in an ever-evolving environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with new-hire onboarding procedures and orientation preparation
  • Maintain internal databases and files with employee records.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed (audits, swag distribution, etc.)
  • Assist with employee engagement events
  • Create content for the internal employee bulletin board

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
