Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Complete defined technical projects that help account tandems achieve their customer goals
• Account Support: Support daily workflow and account-level activity for Field Application Engineer tandems
• CRM Activity: Support daily CRM activity at the account level for assigned accounts
• Customer Shadowing: Shadow Account FAEs during customer visits when necessary to gain hands-on exposure
• Customer Engagement: Assist account teams in engaging OEM and Tier One automotive customers on technical topics
• Technical Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
• Knowledge Building: Develop product and automotive industry knowledge through mentorship and applied projects

Salary and Benefits

Salary pay information: Location Indicative salary range Livonia, MI United States Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate: US$ 27.00 – US$ 39.50 Hourly rate will depend on the highest level of education completed.
