The Career Services Department within the Division of Student Life at CU Boulder invites applications for an Internship and Professional Experiences Coordinator! In this position, you will oversee critical administration, promotion, and tracking of tools and experiences that provide applied learning to CU Boulder students related to the world of work. You are a key member of the Skills & Experience team and will ensure our experiential learning programming offers a service experience that elevates our mission across campus. Your development of content, marketing, and resources will increase access and awareness of the opportunities our team manages. You are also responsible for tracking participation and outcomes to ensure the measures we are taking meet the impact we desire. In short, your detail-oriented and responsive work ensures our strategic initiatives come to life and meet the needs of students preparing to enter the workforce.

Career Services prepares CU Boulder students and alumni for their current and future goals by developing skills, facilitating connections and increasing self-knowledge. The team leads a comprehensive career-focused infrastructure for campus through tailored career planning, programs and resources for all colleges, as well as providing access to professional experiences for students. Additionally, the department acts as an entry point for hiring needs while cultivating strong employer partnerships to serve the university.

This is a hybrid position and will work Monday-Friday, regular business hours, throughout the year with normal state and university holidays/administrative leave.
The annual starting salary range for this position is $52,000-$55,000.
