Job Summary
The Executive Assistant to the Vice Chancellor for Global Affairsposition provides administrative and operational support to theVice Chancellor for Global Affairs (VCGA) and the Office of GlobalAffairs. Reporting to the Vice Chancellor for Global Affairs, thisrole supports daily administrative operations.
This position will establish and maintain effective workingrelationships across campus units, international partners, andexternal organizations. This position requires effectivecoordination abilities, attention to detail, and the ability tobalance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, globally connectedenvironment.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
Executive & Office Administrative Support
- Manage calendar scheduling, meeting logistics, and coordination for the Vice Chancellor and Office of Global Affairsleadership.
- Coordinate meeting invitations, Zoom/Teams setup, roomreservations, and event logistics.
- Gather, organize, and distribute meeting materials; tracktimelines to ensure timely preparation.
- Serve as a point of contact for the Office of Global Affairs,responding to inquiries and routing communicationsappropriately.
- Support travel coordination, expense reporting, and generaloffice operations.
- Assist with procurement, requisitions, and office supplymanagement.
- Support special projects, events, and initiatives led by theVice Chancellor.
Logistic Management & Global Partnerships Support
- Maintain and organize records for all MOUs across the Office ofGlobal Affairs portfolio, including filing, tracking, anddocumentation.
- Log, monitor, and maintain an accurate database of activeMOUs.
- Track MOU lifecycles, including initiation dates, renewaltimelines, and expiration dates.
- Proactively identify expiring MOUs and support outreach effortsby notifying relevant partners and coordinating follow-upcommunications.
- Support communication with internal partners andexternal/global collaborators regarding MOU renewals andupdates.
- Contribute to process improvements to ensure accuracy,consistency, and accessibility of MOU records.
Collaboration & Operational Support
- Collaborate with campus partners, academic units, andadministrative offices to ensure alignment on global agreements andoutreach.
- Support coordination with communications, IT/web teams, anddata owners to maintain integrated systems and resources.
- Assist with events, outreach initiatives, and engagementefforts tied to global partnerships.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information withdiscretion.
- Promote a collaborative, customer-focused office culture.
General Responsibilities
- Adhere to all University of Colorado and CU Boulderpolicies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of administrativeprocesses and systems.
What You Should Know
- This position offers a hybrid work modality with at least 3days per week on-site.
- Work hours include standard business hours with occasionalflexibility for global coordination across time zones.
What We Can Offer
The hiring range for this position is $70,000-$85,000. Relocationis available for eligible candidates.

What We Require
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and 3+ yearsof professional administrative or operational experience
- An equivalent combination of education and experience maysubstitute
What You Will Need
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with highattention to detail
- Ability to manage and maintain structured data systems (e.g.,tracking databases, SharePoint, Excel)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel,PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
