Beechmont Subaru is hiring an Internet Sales Representative to join our Business Development Center. The role involves handling internet leads, inbound calls, and showroom traffic to set customer appointments, in a bustling dealership environment on Beechmont Ave near Nagel intersection.

Experience in customer service is valued, and proficiency with computers and internet is required. Automotive background is a plus but not necessary. Equal opportunity employer, 18+ only.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in call center, telemarketing, internet, inside or outside sales is acceptable.
• Proficient typing and internet usage on a computer.
• High school graduate with references.
• Must pass background check.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Answer and distribute internet leads and provide great customer service to our customer base.
• Handle internet inquiries from CincyAutos.com, inbound sales calls, and follow-up on showroom traffic.
• Set solid customer appointments; maintain a positive, upbeat attitude; automotive background is a plus but not required.
