Job summary

Weibel Auto Group in Colorado is seeking an automotive sales manager to lead a busy sales department and foster strong relationships with customers and staff. You will oversee new vehicle inventory, order placements, and dealer trades while supporting the sales team to close deals.

The ideal candidate has prior automotive sales management experience, excellent communication, and a professional work ethic. Spanish language skills are a plus, and a valid driver’s license with an clean MVR is

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Prior automotive sales managerial experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Understanding of inventory control.
• Professional with strong work ethic; valid driver's license and satisfactory MVR.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Prior automotive sales managerial experience preferred

• Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
• Professional
• Strong work ethic
• Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Ability to speak Spanish preferred
