Job summary

Weibel Auto Group in Colorado is seeking a dynamic automotive sales associate to greet customers on the lot and guide them through the sales process, helping them find a vehicle that fits their needs.

The role emphasizes customer service, communication, and a positive attitude; compensation includes base pay with potential for commissions, a friendly work environment, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be enthusiastic with high energy during the sales day.
• Strong desire to assist the customer.
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Solid sales and/or customer service track record.
• Strong communication skills.
• Persistent, competitive and have a good work ethic.
• Focus on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales.
• Computer literate and have basic math skills.
