Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and internet inquiries
• Set sales and service appointments and follow up to ensure high show rates
• Re-engage missed and no-show customers
• Contact customers regarding current marketing incentives
• Provide product information and highlight key features
• Maintain organized follow-up through CRM to encourage repeat and referral business
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

• Earnings typically align with theNational BDC average of $38,000–$55,000+annually, depending on performance.
