Job summary

Lineage is hiring for a daytime packing role in Stevens Point, WI. Shift is 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Pay starts at $19 per hour.

You will assemble food kits, verify orders for accuracy, and ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. This position involves working near industrial machinery in cold and dry storage areas. Ideal candidates will have basic math skills, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment, in and around industrial machinery.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility.
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud.
