Job summary

Lineage is hiring for a warehouse associate in Hanover Park, IL. You will operate pallet jack equipment to assemble customer orders, verify lot numbers, and record material quantities for inventory accuracy.

We offer a training period with $25/hr, followed by uncapped earnings via component pay ($16.97–$28.65/hr). Shifts are Mon-Fri with multiple afternoon slots; flexibility and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required for daily tasks.
• Ability to understand instructions in English.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Able to work in cold or dry storage environments.
• Flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Use pallet jack equipment to assemble customer orders.
• Record material quantities and update inventory systems.
• Mark and identify materials, open boxes when needed.
• Ensure correct lot numbers and product codes are selected.
• Communicate damaged products to inventory or supervisor.

Pay

• After Training Convert to Component Pay / 14.54 Cents per Box Selected
• Uncapped Potential Earnings!!

• $25/hr for a 4-5 week Training Program

Pay Range: $16.97 - $28.65

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• Shifts Available: 1pm - 6pm, 3pm-8pm, & 5pm - 10pm

Preferred Experience

• Electric Pallet Jack

Use pallet jack equipment to assemble customer orders while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. Deliver product to the required area.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform pre-use inspection on pallet jack equipment
• Mark materials with identifying information
• Open boxes and other containers when necessary
• Pick products and make sure it shows the correct selection of lot numbers/product codes
• Record amount of material using site specific equipment to update inventory
• Arrange stock parts in specific order for assembly
• Communicate damaged products to inventory or lead/supervisor

Additional Duties And Responsibilities

• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment

Minimum Requirements (knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

• Basic math skills
• Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
• Ability to give voice commands in English may be required
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
