Job summary

Lineage is seeking associates for 1st shift (Sun–Thu, 7am–4pm) at $20/hr and 3rd shift (Sun–Wed night, 7:30pm–6am) at $21/hr. The role involves picking and packing frozen food items, ensuring accuracy and quality, and adhering to safety standards.

Candidates must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in cold or warm storage environments. Responsibilities include moving products, assembling kits, storing materials, and maintaining a clean work area.

Job description

1st Shift - Sunday-Thursday 7am-4pm

Pay $20/hr

3rd Shift - Sunday-Wednesday night 7:30pm-6am

Pay rate $21 per hour

Pick and Pack frozen food items per work orders and make sure they are accurate, complete, and meet the customer’s quality standards, while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Move, gather, and distribute product based on production schedule and daily work orders
• Assemble food kits and send to shipping department for distribution
• Store product and materials in predesignated areas and follow established sequence
• Clean work area throughout shift

Additional Duties And Responsibilities

• May assist in compiling worksheets or tickets from customer orders
• May assist in recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed
• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment

Minimum Requirements (knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

• Basic math skills
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment, in and around industrial machinery
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 F/-25 C in cold storage sites or up to 100 F/37 C in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times can be loud
