Job description

1st shift - Sunday-Wednesday 7am-5:30pm. You will work 4 ten‑hour shifts per week.

Pay $18.31/hr

2nd shift - Sunday-Wednesday 6pm-4:30am. You will work 4 ten‑hour shifts per week.

Pay $18.31/hr + $1 Shift Differential

Assemble food kits per work orders and ensure accuracy, completeness, and that they meet the customer’s quality standards, while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Move, gather, and distribute product based on production schedule and daily work orders.
• Assemble food kits and send them to the shipping department for distribution.
• Store product and materials in pre‑designated areas following the established sequence.
• Keep work area clean throughout the shift.

Additional Duties And Responsibilities

• May assist in compiling worksheets or tickets from customer orders.
• May assist in recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment.

Minimum Requirements (knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

• Basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, in and around industrial machinery.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F/-25°C in cold storage sites or up to 100°F/37°C in dry storage sites while wearing company‑provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kg; weight may be more dependent upon facility.
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels; at times it can be loud.
