Job summary

BMW OF CHATTANOOGA, a Sonic Automotive family dealership, seeks a Salesperson to respond to internet inquiries and generate sales appointments. Pay is based on experience and sales performance, with a typical range of 65K-90K per year.

This role requires excellent customer service, ethical conduct and the ability to pass pre-employment testing. Authorized to work in the USA applicants only.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
• Ability to perform all essential duties satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.
• Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
• Generate sales appointments.
• Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and quality of experience.
• Effectively utilize lead management tools.
• Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basis.
• The eSales Agent will be trained to understand all products and services offered, including inventory, financing and incentives.
