Job summary

Citi is seeking a Vice President to lead Third Party Risk Management for the International Market from New York. You will drive the TPM program, ensure alignment with global policies, and comply with local regulatory requirements across Citi's third-party relationships and outsourcing arrangements.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in third-party risk management, operational risk or related field within Banking or Financial Services.
  • In-depth knowledge of TPRM frameworks, risk management methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to analyze complex risks, identify root causes and develop practical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive TPM regime for the international market with compliance to local third-party and outsourcing regulations.
  • Drive root cause analysis of third-party risk issues and develop effective corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to assess impact and implement action plans.
  • Assess TPM practices and lead enhancements to standards, controls, and governance processes.
  • Oversee change management and capacity readiness, implementing process improvements.
