Qualifications

• Experience in spine/CST, INTL regions, and cross-cultural collaboration is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional VOC collection for INTL regions to support upstream development.
• Own INTL portfolio lifecycle planning (phase-in/phase-out) and coordinate region timing and readiness.
• Support downstream launch readiness planning and cross-functional alignment across regions.
• Provide regional enablement and strategic marketing support, including messaging and launch sequencing considerations.
