Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of medical device experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience in spine/CST and understanding market trends to support regions strategically.
• Experience working across INTL cultures and navigating cross-functional environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional planning and executing complex transitions or programs end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead INTL surgeon VOC collection to support upstream development.
• Own INTL portfolio lifecycle planning with phase-in/phase-out guidance to regions.
• Drive strategy alignment across INTL regions for lifecycle decisions and readiness expectations.
• Lead downstream launch readiness and cross-functional alignment across regions.
• Coordinate regional enablement and strategic marketing support.

Education
