Job summary

ProSync is seeking a Mid-Level International Security Specialist to support international security programs, foreign partnerships, and classified information sharing within DoD and IC environments. You will ensure compliance with government policies, coordinate international visits, and help safeguard sensitive information.

The role requires 3+ years in international security, DoD/IC knowledge, and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in international security or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of DoD international security requirements and foreign engagement procedures.
• Experience with security cooperation initiatives and multinational engagements.
• Active Secret security clearance or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Support international security programs with foreign partners and allied nations.
• Ensure compliance with DoD policies and international security agreements.
• Coordinate international visits, meetings, and classified engagements with foreign representatives.
• Review activities for disclosure, protection, and safeguarding requirements.
• Coordinate with program managers, security personnel, government stakeholders, and international partners.
• Support foreign disclosure and international security cooperation efforts.
• Maintain records and documentation for international security activities.
• Assist with accreditation, inspection, and oversight of facilities supporting classified activities.
• Interpret and apply security policies related to foreign information sharing.
• Conduct security assessments and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare security reports, briefings, and correspondence for international program requirements.
• Provide guidance on international security procedures and visit authorizations.
