Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking an International Retail Specialist to support franchise operations across international markets. You will coordinate with country teams, franchisees, and Skechers corporate to implement policies, track store openings, and share timely inventory and marketing updates.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years in retail, with strong MS Office skills (Excel). Knowledge of InDesign or Photoshop is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, ideally in a corporate setting.
• Knowledge of retail principles, operations, and international partnerships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel experience requested.
• InDesign and Photoshop skills are a plus.
• Fluency in a foreign language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with country support teams and franchise partners to align standards.
• Support implementation of directives from field and corporate for select countries.
• Direct inquiries from international franchisees to the appropriate Skechers departments.
• Provide POP inventory projections to the corporate retail team.
• Coordinate franchisee itineraries for product conferences.
• Monitor and report weekly store openings and photos.
• Track new store openings and monthly operational supply orders.
• Provide marketing artwork updates to franchise partners.
• Coordinate retail trainings for international partners.
• Review monthly franchise recap reports and identify improvement areas.
• Keep up-to-date with Skechers retail policies and procedures.
