• Coordinate root-cause analysis for recurring issues and remediation.
• Maintain a strong control environment and support audits.
• Project manage; respond to ad-hoc requests for analysis and presentations.
• Create strategic management materials, reports, and dashboards with Excel/PowerPoint.
• Prepare meeting materials for senior leadership and front-office training.
• Communicate with partners to drive next steps and maintain SharePoint docs.
