Job summary

JPMorganChase's International Private Bank Platform Business Management Team seeks a Finance and Business Manager-Associate to represent the business in global program rollouts and drive process improvements. You will collaborate with front-office, control, and support teams to deliver value, while maintaining strong control environments and supporting audits and regulatory reviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years of relevant experience.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Understand business priorities and participate in collaborative initiatives to improve processes.
Partner with Controls, Client Service, Finance, Risk, Legal to drive improvements.
Monitor adherence to policies and test controls.
Engage with front-office and support functions to identify root causes of issues.
Manage projects and deliver executive-level presentations and analyses.
