CVS Health is offering a US Non-Accredited Foreign Graduate Training Program designed to prepare foreign graduates for Pharmacist roles within CVS pharmacies.

After completing FPGEE/TOEFL, interns gain hands-on experience, a structured training plan, and opportunities to learn under a preceptor while aiming to licensure in the state within 18 months and meeting all internship requirements within 120 days of completion.

Formación

• Foreign Graduate from a Non-US Accredited college or school of pharmacy prior to beginning US Non-Accredited Foreign Graduate Training Program at CVS
• FPGEC certification
• Pharmacist licensure in the state in which the position is based within 120 days of completion of US Intern hours. Failure to complete required US Intern hours within 18 months, or to obtain Pharmacist licensure as prescribed, will result in separation of employment.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends

Responsabilidades

• Living our purpose by following all company SOPs at each workstation to help our Pharmacists and Technicians manage and improve patient health
• Following pharmacy workflow procedures at each pharmacy workstation for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Contributing to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care while serving patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone
• Offering to counsel, fielding medical questions, and soliciting information on a patient’s medical history to provide optimal care under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
• Maintaining compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and CVS policies to ensure patient safety and privacy
• Delivering additional patient health care services (immunizations, point-of-care testing, and offsite clinics) where allowable by law
• Completing basic inventory activities and supporting store leadership in stocking and cycle counts
