Job summary

CVS Health is offering a US Non-Accredited Foreign Graduate training program within our Retail pharmacy network. After completing FPGEE and TOEFL, you will enroll in a structured internship to gain real-world pharmacy experience and progress toward licensure as a Pharmacist.

Under supervision, you will engage in hands-on learning, SOP adherence, patient care, immunization support, and leadership development while serving patients in CVS stores across the market.

Qualifications

• Foreign Graduate from a Non-US Accredited college or school of pharmacy required prior to US training.
• FPGEC certification required.
• Pharmacist licensure in the state where the role is based within 120 days of internship start.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists and Technicians manage patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic, patient-centered service at pickup, drive-thru, and by phone; support immunizations and other services.
• Counsel patients, obtain medical history when appropriate, and assist with medication changes under supervision.
• Maintain inventory activities and help with cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, and stock organization.

Education

Foreign Graduate from a Non-US Accredited college or school of pharmacy

FPGEC certification

Pharmacist licensure in the state within 120 days

Intern and/or Technician licensure in progress
